At 4:36 in the morning, I rolled away from home in Luče with a fairly ridiculous day ahead of me.

K-24 is a long-distance hiking route in the Koroška region that links five major peaks in a single, continuous loop: Uršlja gora, Smrekovec, Raduha, Olševa and Peca. The classic version is around 80 kilometres long with roughly 5,000 metres of ascent, the original idea is simple: climb all five peaks within 24 hours.
