This isn’t a guided tour with a fixed daily schedule. You’ll have the freedom to explore at your own pace, stop when you want and adapt your plans as you go. We’re nearby if you need advice or want to discuss the best option for the day.

Want a little more support? Guided rides are available for €100 per day per group, and airport transfers can also be arranged on request.

Three Incredible Rides

Your e-bike gives you the freedom to explore some of our favourite places in the Kamnik–Savinja Alps. These are our three suggested highlights, but nothing is fixed — we can adapt your routes to the weather, your experience and how adventurous you’re feeling.

Velika Planina

Ride high into one of Slovenia’s most distinctive mountain landscapes.

Climb from the valley towards the high pastures of Velika Planina, where traditional shepherds’ huts, mountain views and quiet gravel tracks make this a fantastic day to explore by e-bike.

We’ll suggest the best route for your ability and help you plan where to stop along the way.

Solčava Panoramic Road & Matkov Kot

Big views, quiet roads and one of the best cycling routes in the Upper Savinja Valley.

Ride the spectacular Solčava Panoramic Road before exploring deeper into Matkov Kot. Along the way, you can stop at a traditional mountain farm, take in huge views across the surrounding peaks and perhaps sample some locally made goat’s-milk ice cream.

This is exactly the sort of ride e-bikes are made for — plenty of climbing, but plenty of time and energy left to enjoy where you are.

Logar Valley & Robanov Kot

Combine two beautiful Alpine valleys with a little exploring on foot.

Ride into Logar Valley beneath some of the highest peaks of the Kamnik–Savinja Alps. Leave the bikes and walk to Slap Rinka, one of Slovenia’s highest waterfalls, before continuing your adventure back towards Luče.

Depending on how far you want to ride, we can also build Robanov Kot into the day. Park the bikes and explore this peaceful glacial valley on foot before riding home.

You should be comfortable riding a bike and confident with basic bike handling. We can then adapt the routes to suit your experience, fitness and how much riding you want to do.

Want an easier day or a bigger challenge? That’s the advantage of staying with us rather than following a fixed tour — we can recommend different routes and options throughout your stay.

Your Base in Luče

Stay in our spacious self-catered apartment in the heart of Luče, surrounded by the mountains of the Upper Savinja Valley.

It’s an ideal base for an e-bike adventure. You can ride directly from the apartment on many of our routes, while having plenty of space to relax, cook and recover when you get back.

How It Works

We keep things simple, flexible and tailored to your group.

1. Choose your dates
Get in touch with your preferred dates and let us know how many people are travelling.

2. We arrange your e-bikes
We’ll check bike availability, arrange the hire and take care of collecting and returning the bikes.

3. Arrive in Luče
Settle into the apartment and we’ll talk you through the bikes, routes and options for the days ahead.

4. Explore
Choose your adventure each day. We’ll provide the GPX routes and can adapt our recommendations depending on the weather, conditions and how your group is feeling.

Prefer some company? Lawrence can also join you for a privately guided ride for €100 per day, per group.
