Our apartment in Luče is located 20 minutes drive from the Logar valley (Lagarska Dolina) which is known as the most beautiful valley in Slovenia. A great starting place for hikes of all abilities.
We are also close to Velika Planina, incredible for hiking or a visit to a hut for homemade cheeses, cured meats and of course schnapps whilst listening to the sound of the happy cow bells.
Winter sports are also in abundance, a 12km cross country ski track is available in the Logar valley and Golte, a small downhill ski resort is only 25 minutes away. Sledging and snowman building is of course available too!
